What is founders pricing?
Our launch price for early members. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, even when prices go up for new members.
What do I get with the one-time payment?
Full access to Surefire Deadline with no monthly or yearly fees, including the updates we release for it, for as long as we offer the service. Fair-use limits in our Terms apply (for example, the daily limit on the AI helper), and separate add-ons we may launch later aren't included unless we say so.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. On your Billing page, switch from monthly to annual, or to the one-time payment, with one click using the card you already have on file. Moving to annual credits the unused part of your month.
What counts as an "active campaign"?
A campaign that's switched on. Paused campaigns don't count, so you can keep past promotions and reuse them later.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you can't create or change campaigns.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right, email us and we'll sort it out.
